Working with Empire Roofing was the best. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed through out the process. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend them for roof and gutter work. My coordinator John Phillips was just awesome. At our first meeting he went over everything he found and explained the process for filing a claim. He made me feel so at ease and I felt I could trust him as I was worried as this was my first roof purchase. At any point I felt overwhelmed I could call or text and he would respond to assure me the process was going as it should. John Phillips and his continus follow up was the reason I chose Emprie Roofing. Neither John or Jake the onsite manager disappointed. All the work was done with professionalism and I would use Empire Roofing again.

Brandon came out the day after a storm destroyed our fence, roof and cars. My husband was working so I was left to deal with the mess myself but these guys offered to tarp my roof for free, no strings attached. Their kindness did not go unnoticed by me. Highly recommend!!

If I could give Justin and his team at Empire, more stars, I WOULD!! We had alot of damage happen LAST May and our insurance was not wanting to budge at all. Denied us and tried to keep it at that. Justin worked his butt off to get us what we needed...and 9 months later, due to his hard work, the insurance finally approved what they should have from the start and WE GOT A NEW ROOF and his team did a fantastic job with the work. When we need any future roofing needs, we know who to call and we will let everyone needing someone know too!!!

I would like to give Dustin Mills with Empire Roofing & Solar a huge shoutout. I put in a roof claim with State Farm almost 2yrs ago after the huge hail storm and our previous contractor suggested us to do so. After going back and forth for 6 months (including a 2nd inspection), my claim was approved for partial repair, but not a replacement. Our deductible is 1% so it was a wash. My old contractor at the time said we can revisit this again after a few years and left us at that. We were disappointed and angry at the same time with the results. My close friend referred me to Empire Roofing so I explained the situation to Dustin and felt hopeless at the time. He was very patience and understanding. We came up with a plan to continue to monitor my roof after every hail storm and when the time was right, we can take the existing claim to appraisal as long as it was within the 2yr limit since the claim was opened. They guided me through the whole process and made it very smooth. We finally got awarded for a replacement roof and other repairs as well. As much as I didn’t like to have to go through this whole process with State Farm, I am glad I did because I got to work with such a great company. I would definitely recommend them if anyone is going through a similar situation with an existing claim or thinking about putting in a new claim for your roof and need a great contractor.

Very patient in dealing with insurance company. Showed up on time with each visit. Assisted us with choice of replacement product. One day roof off and new one installed. Even replaced our gazebo roof to match. Thoroughly satisfied and heartily recommended.
